Rotating Louvre Grille
The rotating front grille on this product has louvres set at different angles to maximize air
distribution. By switching the louvre control to On, the grille will continually rotate,
swirling a breeze in all directions. For more personal cooling, switch the control back to
Off and rotate the grille to the required angle. If obstructed, a unique safety ratchet,
incorporated into the grille will prevent damage. The ratchet mechanism senses
resistance and reverses grille rotation in an attempt to free up the obstruction.
Speed Fan
The 3 speed control switch allows you to choose a gentle breeze or full room air
circulation. Turn the control to 1 for a low speed setting and 3 for a high speed. To
switch Off, return the dial to 0. The left-hand speed settings rotate the louvred grille in
the opposite direction to those on the right-hand side.
Set and Forget Timer
You can preset the Box Fan for up to 120 minutes by turning the timer control in a
clockwise direction. The unit is switched Off at the end of the set time period. The unit
can be switched Off manually at any time by turning the timer dial anticlockwise and
returning it to the Off position.
