WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS: This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

HOW LONG THIS WARRANTY LASTS: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and lasts for one (1) year from the date of

original purchase or until the original purchaser of the product sells or transfers the product, whichever ﬁrst occurs.

WHAT LASKO WILL DO: During the warranty period, Lasko will, at its sole option, repair or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective or

replace the whole product with the same or comparable model.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

1. Retire el ventilador de su caja.

2. Coloque el Ventilador sobre una superﬁcie ﬁrme y plana.

ADVERTENCIA: Las etiquetas del plástico o el caucho, quieren los pies en esta unidad, pueden atascar a pisos de madera dura. La

unidad puede salir un residuo que podría oscurecer, poder manchar o podría salir imperfecciones permanentes en el ﬁn de ciertos pisos

de madera dura.

3. Cerciórese de que el enchufe encaje bien en el tomacorriente de 120 V. Si quedara ﬂojo, esto podría provocar sobrecalentamiento y

dañar el enchufe. El enchufe y su cable pueden calentarse durante el uso normal.

4. Encienda el Ventilador girando la Perilla de Encendido / Velocidad.

5. Ajuste el Ventilador a la velocidad deseada.

2 – Velocidad Alta

1 – Velocidad Baja

6. Para girar el Ventilador APAGAR, girar la Perilla de la Poder/Velocidad a APAGAR (0) y quitar la unidad de la salida eléctrica.

7. Para girar el Ventilador, aﬂoje los botones en el lado de la rejilla e incline el Ventilador para dirigir el ﬂujo del aire. Ajustar el botón

para trancar el ventilador en posición.

MANTENIMIENTO

Para reducir el riesgo de choque eléctrico e incendio, por favor obedezca las siguientes

instrucciones.

- Siempre desconecte el cable eléctrico antes de trasladar, reparar o limpiar.

- NUNCA coloque el Ventilador dentro de o cerca de agua.

- Limpie el Ventilador únicamente con una aspiradora equipada con un accesorio de cepillo; la aspiradora quitará

el polvillo y los desperdicios del interior del Ventilador.

- NUNCA intente desarma el Ventilador.

- Limpie el cuerpo del Ventilador únicamente con un trapo suave.

- NUNCA use ALCOHOL o SOLVENTES tales como gasolina, bencina, disolvente para pinturas u otros

limpiadores duros.

REPARACIONES: Para cualquier reparación, que no sea de mantenimiento general por parte del usuario, por favor contacte a nuestro

OPERATION

1. Remove the Fan from the carton.

2. Place the Fan on a ﬁrm, level surface.

WARNING: Plastic or rubber tabs, like the feet on this unit, may stick to hardwood ﬂoors. The unit may leave a residue that could darken,

stain or leave permanent blemishes on the ﬁnish of certain hardwood ﬂoors.

3. Plug the cord set into a 120 V~ electrical outlet. Be sure plug ﬁts tightly in outlet. A loose ﬁt may cause overheating and damage the plug.

4. Turn the Fan ON by turning the . Power/Speed Knob

5. Set the Fan to the desired speed.

6. To turn the Fan OFF, turn the Power/Speed Knob to OFF (0) and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

7. To rotate Fan, loosen knobs on side of grill and tilt to direct air ﬂow. Tighten knobs to lock fan in position.

MAINTENANCE

To reduce the risk of electrical shock and ﬁre please observe the following instructions:

- Always unplug the cord before moving, servicing or cleaning.

- NEVER place the Fan in or near water.

- Clean the Fan only with a vacuum equipped with a brush attachment; the vacuum will remove the lint

and dirt from inside the Fan.

- NEVER attempt to take apart the Fan.

- Clean the body of the Fan with a soft cloth only.

- NEVER use ALCOHOL or SOLVENTS such as gasoline, benzene, paint thinner, or other harsh cleaners.

SERVICING: For servicing, other than general user maintenance, please contact Customer Service at 800-233-0268, Monday through

Friday, from 8am-5pm Eastern.

STORAGE: Store the Fan with these instructions, in the original carton in a cool, dry place.

9. Donde sea posible, evite el uso de cables de alargue porque el cable de alargue podría sobrecalentarse y provocar un incendio. Si debe usar un cable de alargue, minimice el riesgo de sobrecalentamiento

usando el cable más corto posible y garantizando que esté autorizado por UL (Underwriters Laboratories). NUNCA use un solo cable de alargue para hacer funcionar a más de un Ventilador. No conecte el

13. Este Ventilador no está destinado para ser usado en lugares húmedos o mojados. NUNCA coloque un Ventilador donde pueda caer dentro de una tina de baño u otro recipiente de agua. NUNCA use un

Ventilador donde se usen o almacenen líquidos inﬂamables.

14. NUNCA use el Ventilador al aire libre.

15. Este Ventilador no es adecuado para usar en instalaciones de agricultura incluyendo áreas donde se almacene ganado, aves de corral u otros animales. Por favor consulte el Articulo 547-7 (2008) del Código

5. Unplug power cord before installing, servicing, or moving the Fan.

DO NOT DEPEND ON THE ON/OFF SWITCH AS THE SOLE MEANS OF DISCONNECTING POWER WHEN SERVICING OR MOVING THE FAN. ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. ALWAYS TURN OFF AND

UNPLUG FAN BEFORE LEAVING THE AREA. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED WHEN THE FAN IS ON OR PLUGGED IN.

6. This Fan must NOT be used in potentially dangerous locations such as ﬂammable, explosive, chemical-laden or wet atmospheres where gasoline, paint or ﬂammable liquids are used or stored.

7. DO NOT use Fan in or near a window. Rain may create an electrical hazard.

8. Completely assemble Fan, according to instructions, before connecting to power supply.

9. Where possible, avoid the use of extension cords because the extension cord may overheat and cause a ﬁre. If you must use an extension cord, minimize the risk of overheating by using the shortest

cord possible and ensuring that it is UL listed. use a single extension cord to operate more than one Fan. Do not plug Fan into any other cord connected device, such as a power strip, cord NEVER

reel, surge protector, multiple outlet adapters or outlet-type air fresheners. The use of such devices may create a ﬁre hazard.

tripped over.

13. This Fan is not intended for use in wet or damp locations. locate a Fan where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. use Fan where ﬂammable liquids are used or stored.NEVER NEVER

15. This Fan is not suitable for use in agricultural facilities including areas where livestock, poultry or other animals are conﬁned. Please refer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article 547-7 (2008), or ap-

plicable state or local codes or standards relating to electrical requirements for Agricultural Buildings. THIS FAN DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF NEC ARTICLE 547-7 (2008).

16. This Fan is not suitable for use in hazardous locations. Please refer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article 500 or applicable state or local codes or standards relating to electrical requirements for

Hazardous locations. THIS FAN DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF NEC ARTICLE 500 (2008).

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to ﬁt in a polarized outlet only one way. Match wide

blade of plug to wide slot. Fully insert. If the plug does not ﬁt fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not ﬁt, contact a qualiﬁed electrician. DO NOT attempt to defeat

this safety feature. This plug is a safety feature. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged. To reduce the risk

label is missing or damaged, call the toll free number for a replacement label.
