Functie knoppen
Er zijn twee Intelli-knoppen waarmee u MODE, START/STOP,
RESET, ENTER, UP en DOWN kunt beheersen.
Linker knop:
1. Druk deze om het gekozen programma te
STARTEN/STOPPEN.
2. Houd deze 2 seconde ingedrukt om alle waarden te
RESETTEN of een ander programma te kiezen.
3. Draai deze om de mode te veranderen naar SCAN, TIME,
SPEED, DIST, CAL, TARGET HEART RATE en PULSE RATE.
Rechter knop:
1. Druk deze om naar de geselecteerde waarden te gaan.
2. Draai deze naar boven of beneden om de waarde van
TIME, DISTANCE, T.H.R en AGE te verhogen.
FUNCTIE DISPLAY: De numerieke aantallen weergegeven in
het display kunnen verwijzen naar de indicatoren bovenaan
het scherm.
PROFIEL DISPLAY: Het display laat het trainingsprofiel van
het geselecteerde trainingsprogramma zien.
Functie reikwijdten
Notitie: De uitgerekende of gemeten waarden van de computer zijn
alleen voor trainingsdoelen, niet voor medische doeleinden.
PROGRAMMA GRAFIEKEN: Elke getoonde grafiek is het
profiel van de zwaarte in elke interval (kolom). Met de waarde
van TIME oplopend is elke interval 3 minuten, met alle
kolommen is het een totaal van 30 minuten. Met de waarde
van TIME aflopend is elke interval de ingestelde waarde van
TIME gedeeld door 10. Bijvoorbeeld als de tijdwaarde is
ingesteld op 40 minuten is elke interval 40 minuten gedeeld
door 10 (40/10=4). Dan is elke interval 4 minuten. De
volgende grafieken zijn allemaal profielen in de monitor.
TRAININGSINSTRUCTIES:
Trainen met een specifiek doel
1. TIME Control: Stel een bepaalde tijd in om te trainen
(behalve in Programma 8).
2. DISTANCE Control: Stel een bepaalde afstand in om te
trainen (behalve in Programma 8)
3. Heart Rate Control: Wanneer u uw leeftijd invoert voor
een programma zal de computer de zwaarte van de
training aanpassen op uw hartslag.
VOOR HET AFLEZEN VAN DE JUISTE HARTSLAG
De hele set van hartslagmeters bevat 2 sensoren aan elke kant.
Elke sensor bestaat uit 2 metalen delen. De juiste manier om te
meten is door de beide metalen delen goed vast te houden met elke
hand. Wanneer de computer goede signalen ontvangt, zal het hart
icoontje knipperen op het display.
1. MANUAL PROGRAMMA
PROGRAMMA 1 MANUAL:
Draai aan de rechter knop om PROGRAM 1 te
selecteren, en druk deze in om te bevestigen.
Draai aan de linker knop om TIME of DISTANCE te
selecteren, draai daarna aan de rechter knop om de
waarde in te stellen en druk deze in om te bevestigen.
AGE zal knipperen om ingevoerd te worden, draai de
rechter knop om de leeftijd in te stellen en druk de knop
in om te bevestigen.
Druk op de linker knop en begin met trappen om te
beginnen met het trainingsprogramma.
Wanneer u uw leeftijd invoert zal de computer 85% van uw
maximale hartslag gebruiken als veilige hartslagzone. Wanneer de
computer merkt dat uw hartslag boven deze 85% Target Heart Rate
(T.H.R.) komt, zal de huidige hartslag knipperen om u eraan te
herinneren dat u uw snelheid of de weerstand moet verlagen.
De weerstand is standaard 3, gedurende de training kunt u de
rechter knop draaien om de weerstand te verhogen/verlagen.
II. HEART RATE CONTROL PROGRAMMA’S:
Trainen met verschillende T.H.R. (veilige hartslagzone) geeft u
verschillende resultaten, welke u wilt.
Notitie: Plaats altijd uw handen op de hartslag sensoren om de
Heart Rate Control programma’s goed te laten functioneren.
PROGRAMMA 2 T.H.R.C. (Target Heart Rate Control):
Dit programma stelt u in staat om uw gewenste T.H.R. in te voeren.
De computer zal de weerstand automatisch verhogen/verlagen
zodat u in de T.H.R. zone blijft.
Draai de rechterknop om programma 2 te selecteren en druk
deze in om te bevestigen.
Draai de linkerknop om TIME of DISTANCE te selecteren,
draai de rechterknop om de waarde in te stellen en druk deze
in om te bevestigen.
T.H.R. zal knipperen om ingevoerd te worden, draai de
rechterknop om deze waarde in te stellen.
Draai aan de linkerknop en begin met trappen om met het
trainingsprogramma te beginnen.
