Please read through this manual to familiarize yourself with your new speakers. Should your

PowerBass Xtreme marine speaker ever require service, you will need to have the original dated receipt.

Continuous exposure to sound pressure levels in excess of 100 dB or more can cause permanent hearing loss. PowerBass Xtreme

Speakers are capable of producing sound pressure levels well over 160 dB. Please observe all local sound ordinances while listening

to your PowerBass Xtreme system. PowerBass USA, Inc. accepts no liability for hearing loss, bodily injury, or property damage due to

the result of use or misuse of this product.

XL POWERSPORTS SPEAKERS FEATURES

Sealed Cone Design: A unique interior trampoline gasket seals the pole piece to protect the voice

coil from water and moisture. The interior surround and outer surround are constructed of synthetic

rubber for long life and UV resistance. This in conjunction with the Polypropylene cone material offers

increased performance even in exposed mounting locations.

25mm Mylar Dome Tweeter (20mm for XL-42SS): Large 1-inch Mylar tweeter with diffuser

to disperse highs evenly and ensure loud clean sound.

Weather Resistant Treatment: To better withstand the elements our XL Powersport speaker uses

a tough powder coated paint process on the speaker basket and grills. This hard ﬁnish is heat cured

and forms a “skin” over the metal to protect it from rust and corrosion.

Black and White Aluminum Mesh Grills: Aluminum mesh grills powder coated in Black and

White offer you a choice of colors suitable for marine or off-road use and are impervious to rust.

Gold Plated Connections: The connection terminals on the speaker frame have been gold plated

for protection against corrosion. The speaker wire provided is also terminated with gold plated

connectors for improved connectivity. Clear insulated sleeves have been added to provide further

protection against the elements.

Additional Features: Moisture sealed basket ring gaskets for a snug water tight ﬁt, marine grade

stainless steel hardware and pre-terminated speaker wires add further value to your investment.
