Troubleshooting

The front frame and side panels of the refrigerator are hot.

There is condensate on the fresh fruit box.

There is condensate on the exterior or middle frame.

-It happens when the humidity is high.

-Wipe the moist with soft cloth.

-Condensate pipes are installed in the front frame of the refrigerator

to prevent condensation. The refrigerator may become hot during the

operation, and that is not a malfunction.

-The heat radiators (condensers) are installed on both sides of the

refrigerator. It is normal to be hot on both sides.

-The door is left open too long;

-Liquid foods are not covered properly.

-Many high water-contented foods are stored inside.

Condensation/Leakage, Moisture/Icing

-The foods with smells shall be packed tightly.

-Check if there is any rotten food.

-Clean the internal refrigerator.

There is abnormal smell in the refrigerator.

-The water outlet is blocked

-Please smooth the outlet with drain plug or similar tool.

Melted frost water flows inside the refrigerator:

The refrigerator is hot on both sides and has abnormal smells.

means the situations that may cause slight hazards or malfunctions if not

being avoided.

means the dangerous situations that may cause potential serious hazards

Caution

Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant

in this appliance.

The protective film on the surface of refrigerator is used to protect the refrigerator from

scratches during transport. To avoid static electricity, please peel off the protective film

slowly. If the protective film is not removed for a long time, it may cause color shading

Indirect refrigerating and Frost-free: The refrigerator is indirect refrigerating and frost-free

with its automatic de-frost function and even distributed temperature in the compartments.

Dual-loop: The temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer can be displayed and controlled

separately.

Left/right door opening: The direction of the door opening can be adjusted according to the

user's habit.

The refrigerator does not work or refrigerate.

-The plug is not plugged properly.

-The power is not connected and power socket ha s fault.

The power i s discon nected during the operation and

reconnected within less th an 5 minutes after power

disco nnection.

The refrigerator is not very cold.

-The doors are not closed properly.

-The temperature is set too high.

-Door seal is da maged or deformed. The sealing is not tight.

-The refrigerator has heat resources or around or is expose d

to the direct sunlight.

-The external ventilatio n is poor.

After the appliance has been running for a long

period of time:

-The doors are opened freq uently o r not cl osed properly.

-The ex ternal v entilation is poor. The refri gerator has l ong

time heat radi ation.

The fridge is too cold and the foods are frozen.

-The temperatur e is set too low; The us er is suggested to

raise the set temperature in the fridge.

The refrigerator has abnormal sounds.

The temperature in the refrig erator is reduc ed by the running of the compressor and the

circulation of the refrigerant etc to ensure the fre shness and nutritio n of the foods in the

refrigerator. Durin g the ru nning of the refrigerator, you can hear some slight sounds. It is

norma l and please take ease to use it.

If the refrigerator is position ed sligh tly

not level, the running sound will be

increased. Its stabilization can be adjusted

by turning the a djustment leg on the

bottom of the body.

When the re frigerator is stopped, the

electrical components such as ma in control

panel, startup relay and heat protector will

have click ing or bubbling sounds suddenly

due to their connection or disconnectio n.

When the re frigerator is running, due to

the varia tion of temperature differences,

the foods are bro ken or t he evap orator

and pipes have cracking sounds b ecause

of their contraction and expansion.

When the compressor is running, the

sound is slightly h igh during the startup.

The high-efficie nt refrigerator has quite

higher sound when the compre ssor is

working stron gly. When you hear the low

motor sound s, it is the sound caus ed by

the freezing fan to ke ep the temperat ure

regular. It is not a f ault.

The tempe rature in the refrigerator can

drop rapidly only by the circul ation o f

refrigerant in the pipeline. T he

refrigerant can be gas or liqui d. The l ow

sound may be heard durin g the circulation.

The refrigerator is not positioned in level.
