Voordat u aan een oefenprogramma begint, dient u eerst uw arts te raadplegen.
Wij raden u aan een uitgebreid algemeen medisch onderzoek te ondergaan.
Lees de gebruikershandleiding en volg de instructies op.
■Monteer en gebruik de ATHLETT 2 in 1 CYCLE ROWER op een stevige, vlakke ondergrond.
■Houd achter de ATHLETT 2 in 1 CYCLE ROWER ruimte vrij.
■Gebruik uw ATHLETT 2 in 1 CYCLE ROWER bijv. altijd in een ruimte met voldoende plaats, met tenminste een
cirkel van 60 cm ruimte.
■Laat geen kinderen op of bij De ATHLETT 2 in 1 CYCLE ROWER spelen.
■Controleer de ATHLETT 2 in 1 CYCLE ROWER altijd voor ieder gebruik, let er vooral op dat alle onderdelen
gemonteerd zijn en bouten en moeren vastzitten.

■Draag geschikte trainingskleding; geen losse kleding
■Draag geen schoenen met leren zolen of hoge hakken. Doe los haar in een staart.
■Schud de unit niet heen en weer.
■Wees voorzichtig bij het op- en afstappen van de unit
■Zet geen vloeistoffen op de onderdelen van de unit neer
■Gebruik geen accessoires die niet specifiek worden aanbevolen door de fabrikant, deze kunnen
verwondingen veroorzaken of ervoor zorgen dat de unit niet meer werkt.
