1. INSTALLATION
1.1 Central unit
Power your central unit using the mains adapter provided. Flip
the on/off switch on the back of the central unit to turn it on.
Enter configuration mode by entering on the keypad 123456
and then . The central unit displays "Main Menu - Wi-Fi
AP mode".
Use the buttons to select " ". System Setting
Confirm with the button. The central unit displays "System
Setting - Date and Time". Here you can use the
buttons to set the central unit's date and time format and
language. Use the button to return to the previous level
to change the settings. Do not change any of the other available
settings at this time.

1.2 Motion detectors
Open each detector and power them with the batteries
provided.
Each detector is designed for an optimum installation height of
2.20 m.
1.3 Opening detector
Slide the back cover of the opening detector down to access
the battery compartment and insert the battery to power it.
The detector is designed to be installed on the xed part of an
opening (door frame, window frame). The magnet is installed on
the moving part of the opening, 5 mm from the mark on the right
edge of the sensor.

1.4 Pairing detectors, remote control and badge with the
central unit
Enter configuration mode by entering 123456
on the keypad
and then Entry Symbol. The central unit displays "Main Menu
- Wi-Fi AP mode".
Use the buttons to select " " (Accessories). Accessoires
Confirm with the button.
1.4.1 Remote control
In the " " (Accessories) menu, select Accessoires
"Télécommande " (Remote control) then press "Ajouter"
(Add). The central unit then waits for you to press the remote
control. Press any button on either remote control during the
countdown.
Then restart the countdown for the second remote control.
1.4.2 RFID badge
In the " " (Accessories) menu, select "Accessoires Badge
RFID Ajouter" (RFID Badge) then press " " (Add). The central
unit then waits for you to swipe the RFID badge in front of it.
Swipe your included badge in front of the RFID zone on the right
side of the central unit during the countdown.
1.4.3 Opening and motion detectors
In the " " (Accessories) menu, select "Accessoires Détect.
sans fil" (Wireless detection) then press "Ajouter" (Add). The
central unit displays " " (Normal zone).Zone normal
Use the buttons to select the desired behaviour of the
accessory. There are four possible behaviours:
Normal zone: The detector will trigger an alert if the
alarm is armed (both partially armed and fully armed
modes).
Home zone: The detector will trigger an alert if the
alarm is in fully armed mode If in partially armed mode,
the detector will do nothing.
24H zone: the detector will trigger an alert
regardless of whether or not the alarm is armed.
Entrance zone: the detector will trigger an alert if the
alarm is armed (both partially armed and fully armed
modes), but after a few-second delay, giving you time
to disarm before the alert is triggered.
Confirm with the button.
The central unit then waits for a signal from the paired detector.
Motion detector: press the button on the back of
the detector during the countdown.
Opening detector: pass the magnet in front of the
mark on the edge of the detector during the countdown.
Repeat the procedure for each of your detectors.
1.5 Connecting to the Internet and the Avidsen Home app
Download the Avidsen Home app and enable the WiFi on your
smartphone or tablet.

On your alarm unit, enter then press the button.123456
(Note: this is not the button). The control panel displays
" " followed by a three minute countdown.Wi-Fi EZ Mode
During the countdown, add a new HomeSecure
product to the
Avidsen Home app on your smartphone. During the process,
you will be asked to tell your central unit which WiFi network to
use to access the Internet.
Important: system not compatible with 5GHz WiFi. Please
check the WiFi settings of your gateway with your Internet
service provider if you experience connection difficulties.
1.6 Inserting and configuring the SIM card
Using a SIM card is optional if you use the Avidsen Home app
or the central unit to arm and disarm your alarm system, but
necessary if you want to arm or disarm via text message or
voice call.
The SIM card must not be PIN code protected. It must allow text
messages and voice calls.
Disconnect the power to the central unit by unplugging the
mains adapter and flipping the on/off switch on the back. Insert
the SIM card into the slot on the back of the central unit before
turning the power back on.
Next, enter configuration mode by entering on the 123456
keypad and then Entry Symbol
. The central unit displays "Main
Menu - Wi-Fi AP mode".
Use the buttons to select " ". Confirm with No telephone
the button.
Here you can also use the buttons to set ve phone
numbers to be used for voice call command and five phone
numbers to be used for text message command. Use the
button to return to the previous level to change the settings.
2. CODE CUSTOMISATION
For better security, please change the your central unit's secret
codes.
Enter configuration mode by entering 123456
on the keypad
and then Entry Symbol
. The central unit displays "Main Menu
- Wi-Fi AP mode".
Use the buttons to select " " (Settings). Paramètres
Confirm with the button. Next select " " then Access codes
confirm. Here you can change:
- The admin code that allows you to enter configuration
mode ( by default)123456
- The access code that allows you to disarm the central
unit using the keypad or a telephone (default code:
1234)
Do not forget these codes and do not write them down near
the central unit!
3. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Note: text message and voice call commands require a SIM
card installed in the central unit, and the numbers sending the
text messages or making the calls must be saved in the central
unit.
3.1 Fully armed
When you fully arm the system, any detection will trigger an alert
(typically used when you leave your home).
- Using the Avidsen Home app:
Open the app and click on " " (Arm).Armer
- Using the remote control:
Press the button on the remote control
- Using the central unit's keypad:
Press the button on the central unit
- By text message:
Text the number 1 to the phone number on the SIM card.
- By voice call:
Call the phone number on the SIM card. When your central unit
picks up, dial your access code ( by default) followed by 1234
the #sign. Then press on your phone.1
3.2 Partially armed
When you partially arm the system, detectors configured as
"Home Zone" will not trigger the alert (typically used when you
go to bed).
- Using the Avidsen Home app:
Open the app and click on " " (Home Mode).Mode Maison
- Using the remote control:
Press the button on the remote control
- Using the central unit's keypad:
Press the button on the central unit
- By text message:
Text the number to the phone number on the SIM card.2

3.3 Disarmed
When disarming, only detectors configured as "Zone 24H" (24H
Zone) will trigger the alert. If the alarm has been triggered, the
siren will turn off.
- Using the Avidsen Home app:
Open the app and click on " " (Disarm).Désarmer
- Using the remote control:
Press the button on the remote control
- Using the central unit's keypad:
Enter your access code ( by default) then press the 1234
button on the central unit.
You can also disarm using the included RFID badge by swiping
it in front of the "RFID" zone of the central unit.
- By text message:
Text the number to the phone number on the SIM card.0
- By voice call:
Call the phone number on the SIM card. When your central unit
picks up, dial your access code ( by default) followed by 1234
the # sign. Then press on your phone.0
3.4 Alert trigger
If an active detector is triggered while the alarm is armed:
The extremely loud siren built into the central unit will sound
(default time: 3 minutes)
Avidsen Home app users immediately receive an alert push
notification
• The phone numbers stored for text messaging receive a
notification via text message (if a SIM card is installed in the
central unit).
The phone numbers stored for voice calls are called one after

Special case #1 24H Zone: if a detector is set to " " mode, it
will trigger the alert even if the central unit is disarmed.
Special case #2: Entry Zone if a detector is set to " " mode,
you have a few seconds to disarm the alarm before the alert is
triggered.
4. OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
This product is designed for indoor use only.
Keep out of reach of children. Product installation and use must
comply with local laws.
5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before cleaning your device, unplug it from the power supply
and flip the on/off switch. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not
use abrasive or corrosive substances.
Do not spray cleaning products directly on the product. The
product does not require any specific maintenance.
6. RECYCLING
Recycling: Disposing of used batteries in household
waste is strictly forbidden. Batteries/accumulators
containing harmful substances are marked with
symbols (shown opposite) which indicate that it is
forbidden to discard them in the household waste.
The corresponding heavy metals are referred to as follows:
Cd= cadmium, Hg= mercury, Pb= lead.
You can dispose of these used batteries/accumulators at
local waste treatment centres (centres for sorting recyclable
materials), which are required to accept them. Keep batteries
/ button cells / accumulators out of reach of children and store
them in a safe place not accessible to them. They could be
swallowed by children or pets. Risk of death! In the event that a
battery is swallowed, consult a doctor or go to A&E immediately.
Never short-circuit the batteries, and do not burn or recharge
them as they may explode!
Do not expose batteries/accumulators to extreme heat such as
sunlight or fire.
This logo denotes that devices no longer in use
should not be disposed of as household waste.
They are likely to contain hazardous substances
that are dangerous to both health and the
environment. Return the equipment to your local
distributor or use the recycling collection service
provided by your local council.
8. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

essential applicable requirements of RED Directive 2014/53/EU.
