SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

labels.
2. Always unplug the electric cord when appliance is not in use and before cleaning, adjusting or maintaining this
steamer. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug or after the machine malfunctions, has been dropped or
damaged. Use authorized service for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair.
3 This equipment will be HOT during use and for a short time after it is turned o BE CAREFUL. To avoid burns, do
not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this appliance. Keep combustible materials
away from appliance.
4. Extreme caution is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children and whenever the appliance is left
operating and unattended.
5. This appliance is not intended for use in wet locations. Never locate appliance where it may fall into a water container.

ASSEMBLY
1. Install the four legs into the threaded holes in the base.
2. Install the product trays side by side in the reservoir. Install handles to the domed lid and place them
over the product trays.
3. Place the tong holder and tongs beside the warmer on the table surface.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4. Plug the machine into a properly grounded 120 volt power supply.
5. Fill the reservoir with 7 quarts of water by removing the trays from the machine and pouring water into
the reservoir with a pitcher. Fill the Using hot water will speed up the start-up time of the machine.

6. Load the warmer with the desired amount of fully cooked wings by placing them in the product trays
and covering with lid.
7. Turn on the “ ” and set the thermostat to a maximum settingMaster Switch . The machine should be
producing steam in approximately 5-7 minutes (depending on water and room temperature). You can
adjust the thermostat according to your operating conditions.
8. Once Steam is produced adjust the thermostat between Low and High to maintain serving temperature.
9. CAUTION: Use tongs to remove wings from the warmer as the product will be hot to the touch.
10. IMPORTANT: DO NOT LET THE WATER LEVEL IN THE RESERVOIR GET BELOW THE
MINIMUM LINE. Letting the water run low or out could damage the unit and void your warranty.
The minimum line represents 4 quarts of water.
CONDENSATION
1. Cool air striking the warm steamer may cause moisture accumulation. Protecting the unit from cool
drafts of air will help prevent condensation.
2. As the covers of the warmer are opened and closed some of the condensation may leak out from the
under-sides of the lids. This should be wiped up with a towel or rag.
CLEANING THE MACHINE
1. : Turn the machine o using the master switch. Remove the lids, trays and tong At the end of day

2. Empty the remaining water in the reservoir by dumping it into a sink or drain. ( : the water will caution

Wipe down with a soft cloth.
3. Wipe down the outside of the unit with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
4. After the components have been cleaned, re-assemble the machine as outlined above so you will be
ready for the next usage.
