SCHERMEN
DISTANCE
Dit scherm geeft de afgelegde afstand weer, of de afstand dat u nog
dient af te leggen tijdens het trainen om uw doel te bereiken. De
afstand wordt weergegeven in aantal kilometers.
RESISTANCE
Geeft de weerstand weer, uitgedrukt in aantal Watts
TIME
Geeft aan hoelang u aan het trainen bent, indien u van tevoren geen
trainingstijd heeft ingesteld. Indien u van tevoren wel een trainingstijd
instelt, zal de tijd gaan aflopen naar de 00:00 vanaf deze ingestelde
trainingstijd. De computer geeft dan de resterende tijd weer.
STRIDES
Geeft het aantal slagen weer dat tijdens het trainen wordt voltooid. De
sensor telt alleen de slag van 1 pedaal. Een toename van 1 slag op het
computerdisplay wilt dus zeggen dat er een slag met zowel het linker
als rechter pedaal is gemaakt.
RPM
Geeft het aantal ‘revolutions per minute’ (omwentelingen per minuut)
weer. U kunt dit zien als een snelheidsgegeven.
PULSE
Dit scherm geeft uw huidige hartslag weer, gemeten door de
ingebouwde hartslagsensoren in de handvatten. U kunt uiteraard ook
een borstband toepassen. Houd de hartslagsensoren goed vast en
wacht totdat de waarde van uw hartslag op het scherm weergegeven
wordt.

CALORIES
Geeft het geschatte aantal calorieën weer dat tijdens het trainen wordt
verbrand.
LEVEL
Geeft het niveau van de weerstand weer. Deze kan voor elk
programma handmatig worden ingesteld. Indien u de weerstand
verandert voordat u het programma start, geldt deze wijziging voor
het gehele programma.
KNOPFUNCTIES
HRC
Door op de HRC knop te drukken activeert u het heart rate control
programma.
RESET
Door op de RESET knop te drukken wist u alle gegevens van het
scherm.
SET
Met deze knop kunt u naar de instellingen gaan. De SET modus stelt u
in staat om alle functies in te stellen voordat u aan een programma
begint. Wanneer u nogmaals op de SET knop drukt licht een ander
scherm op (afhankelijk van welk programma u selecteert). Elke functie
(of doel) kan worden ingesteld met behulp van de RESISTANCE + en –
knoppen. Indien u meerdere functies/doelen heeft ingesteld (bijv. een
tijd van 30 minuten en een afstand van 2,5km) zal de computer een
piepsignaal afgeven zodra een van de functies bereikt wordt.
RESISTANCE + en -
Met behulp van de RESISTANCE + en – knoppen kunt u de waarden
instellen en de weerstand verhogen/verlagen.
PROGRAM
Gebruik deze knop om een programma te selecteren.
