• Thewafﬂe maker may be used by children of 8 years and

above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capability or lack of experience and knowledge

provided they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of theproduct in asafe way and understand

thehazards involved.

• Never let children play with thewafﬂemaker. Cleaning and

user maintenance shall not be made by children without

supervision.

• Thewafﬂe maker may not be controlled by anexternal timer

or any type of remote control.

• This wafﬂe maker is only intended for normal householduse.

• Thewafﬂe maker should only be used as described in this

instruction manual.

• Thewafﬂe maker should be placed on adry, ﬂat and heat-

resistant surface. Makesure that there is ample space above

and below thewafﬂe maker for air to circulate.

• Bear in mind that thewafﬂe maker will become very hot

duringuse. Touchonly thehandles duringuse.

• Bear in mind that hot steam will escape when thelid is lifted.

• Keep aneye on thewafﬂe maker if you are using it in

thevicinity of children.

• Do not expose thewafﬂe maker to moisture, knocks orblows.

Neveruse thewafﬂe maker if you have dropped it on theﬂoor,

left it outdoors or dropped it inwater.

• Check that your power supply corresponds to

thespeciﬁcations of thewafﬂe maker listed on therating plate

and that it is connected to anearthed socket.

• Do not pull or carry thewafﬂe maker by thelead. Donot use

thelead as ahandle and do not let it fasten in doorjambs.

Donot pull it around sharp corners and edges or over warm
