Overview:
The digital TFINDER is microprocesso controlled, making it very reliable and accu ate. Signal strength presented SA r r is
graphically on th LCD-display in for of thermometer-scales an in numbers (0-99) It can als present pitch tone (the higher e m d . o s
tone the ette signal on buzze di ital SATFINDE is very sensitiv and can detec the weakest signals, stron b r ) a r. The g R e t of g
incoming signals (powerful satellite, big dishe can easil be attenuated fo better readout l s ) y r .

How to :connect
1. connect jumper cable fro the LNB the Satellit port on th digital TFINDER a m to “ e” e SA .
2. connect th cable from you satellite receiver the Receive port on th digital TFINDER e r to “ r” e SA
Operation:
1. Switch th satellite receiver on the digital TFINDER will tur on by itself e , SA n .
2. Set you dish to th proper azimuth an elevation settings.(The informatio should be supplie with your satellit dish) r e d n d e .
3. Adjus the knob unti the signal strengt display at 0%(th critical point) t l h e .
4. Peak th signal by slowl moving the azimut and elevation your dish. The higher values the better signal If the e y h of , .
digital TFINDER's reading become full scale, yo can adjust th to reduce th incoming signal lower SA s u e “ ATT” e to a
level. Continue move the dis until you hav the highest possibl meter reading an the highest possibl buzzer pitch to h e e d e .
5. Remove th jumper cable an digital TFINDER, and reconnec the LNB/LNBF your receiver e d SA t to .
IMPOR ANT NOTEST :
To a e t l R t .avoid continuous full scal reading, do no use the digita SATFINDE directly in fron of the dish
When a n , a B e e using LNB with gai higher than 60dB insert 5d attenuator between th LNB/LNBF and th digital TFINDER SA .
In case satellite receiver at hand 13-18V DC powe supply with F-connecto can be connecte on the Receive side no is a r r d “ r” of
the digital TFINDER to powe the TFINDER SA r SA .
Under the followin test condition:LNB gai =55dB, the carrie C/N=15dB g n r .
Insert 5d attenuator when operatin with LNB gai =6 65dB a B g n 0 ~ .
