Important Noces and Warnings
1. Ensure the rearm is unloaded and safe by removing all ammunion and magazines from the rearm and verify
an empty chamber before installaon and baery replacement. Do not attempt to install this sight kit on a
loaded gun. Safe rearm handling rules should be followed at all mes.
2. This product contains natural rubber latex, which may cause a potenally fatal allergic reacon! If you are
allergic to rubber, it is important to strictly avoid products containing rubber.
3. If the product has been stored for an extended period, please check its funconality before using it.
4. Do not aempt to disassemble this product. Dissembly by anyone other than an authorized repair center could
cause damage and will void the warranty.
5. For best performance do not touch opcal surfaces with bare hands. Opcal surfaces should always be kept
clean.
6. Clean the lens surfaces using lens ssues or a clean microber cloth.
7. Condensation on optical surfaces can aect performance. Condensaon occurs when the temperature or
humidity changes as follows:
a. When moving the device from cold to warm environments or vice versa.
b. Environments with high humidity.
As the temperature of the device acclimates with the environmental temperature condensaon disappears. Use a
towel to wipe away any condensaon before use.
8. Sand and sea water can damage the opcal coangs.
9. Image performance depends on the scene and atmospheric condions. Visibility of a scene can vary depending
on the me of day due to the inuence of ambient light and humidity which will aect contrast and therefore
image performance.
10. Do not point the device directly at the sun.
11. This device amplies light to improve low light visibility. Moonlight and starlight provide sucient lighting in
most cases, however, during periods where cloud cover blocks moonlight and starlight, an external infrared (IR)
illumination source is needed. Holosun recommends our RAID light with IR head or one of our laser devices
with IR Illumination such as the Holosun IRIS, LE321, or LS321.
12. When le in storage for an extended period, baeries should be removed and stored in polyethylene bags to
prevent contact with metal. (It is recommended to recharge the batteries every two to three months.)
13. Remove the batteries from the baery compartment before connecng the device to your PC, or it may cause
computer damage.
14. When carrying or transporng the device, close the protecve lens cap to avoid damage.
15. Carefully read this manual before use. Proper usage of this device is important for safe operaon.
