IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following.
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the
convenience outlet (230Va.c.).
3. Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.
4. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged
it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest
authorized service center.
5. Do not place the unit near a gas stove, an electric burner or in a heated oven.
6. Place the unit on a stable surface; keep it away from the edge of the counter to
avoid accidents.
7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
8. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
9. Extreme caution must b exercised when using an appliance containing hot e
water.
10. Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.
11. For protection against electric shock, do not immerse the unit including the
power base in water or any other liquid.
12. Always ensure that the lid is closed and do not lift it while water is boiling.
Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the boiling cycle. Do not touch
the hot surfaces of the kettle.
13. Remove the kettle from the power base before lling or pouring. Do not attempt
to remove the kettle from the power base until it is switched off, manually or
automatically. Use the kettle only with the supplied base. Do not use the base
for other purpose.
14. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
15. Not intended for outdoor use.
16. This kettle is intended for boiling water only. Do not heat any other liquid or
attempt to cook any food in this appliance.
17. Never place the kettle near hot surfaces.
18. No parts are dishwasher safe.
19. Do not exceed into the M water level indicator when fAX illing, if the kettle is
overfilled, boiling water may come out.
20. Do not hold the switch on as this may damage the auto shut-off mechanism.
21. Carry or move the electric kettle only by its handle .
22. Avoid water spillage into the socket, connector, cord and alike.
23. Kettle body may get very hot, be careful when handling.
24. Use on a hard, flat level surface only, to avoid interruption of air ow underneath
the appliance.
25. For household use only, not intended for any business purposes.
26. Do not use this unit other than its intended use.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:
CONTROL PANEL:
HOW TO USE:
If you are using the kettle for the rst time, it is recommended that you clean your kettle before
use, by boiling a full kettle of water twice and then discarding the water.
1. Position the power base on a at, heat-resistant surface, as close as possible to a
power outlet.
2. Follow cord routing in power base according to exit patterns. Proper cord routing will
result in the power base flat when kettle is placed in base. Do not operate kettle if
power base is not at. If power base is not at, remove kettle from power base and
repeat cord placement instructions.
3. To ll with water, press the lid button to open the lid. Fill the electric kettle with water
below the “MAX” water level mark.
NOTE: Do not exceed the “MAXwater level mark indicated on the electric kettle
and make sure to close the lid.
4. Place the kettle into the power base. Plug the electric cord into an electric outlet.
5. Select the desired temperature setting by pressing + or -, then press start |
cancel to start the boiling cycle.
a. Milk 40°C
b. Tea 60°C
c. Coffee 90°C
d. Boil - 100°C
Note: The default temperature is 100°C and the light indicator will keep flashing
indicating that the unit is in standby mode. Please note that there will be ±5°C
from the set temperature.
6. The temperature will rise until it reaches the set temperature and once it reaches
the set temperature 3 beep sounds will be heard and it will switch to standby ,
mode and the display will turn off after 30 seconds.
7. KEEP WARM MODE: After selecting the desired temperature, press the keep
warm button, and the selected temperature light indicator will be solid indicating
that the boiling process is in progress. Once, it reaches the set temperature, 3
beep sounds will be heard indicating that the unit is in keep warm mode.
Note: After 4 hours in keep warm mode, 3 beep sound will be heard and light
indicators will turn o indicating that the unit is in standby mode.
a. Milk 40°C - can keep warm for 4 hours
b. Tea 60°C - can keep warm for 4 hours
c. Coee 90°C - can keep warm for 2 hours
8. Carefully lift the kettle from the power base and pour the hot water.
Note: Maximum capacity of kettle is 1.5 L.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Unplug the unit from the convenience outlet before cleaning.
2. The body of the kettle may be cleaned using a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive
materials to avoid scratches.
3. Wash the lter with soap and water.
4. Refer to the instruction below in cleaning the unit using the following:
• Soap and Water
a. Combine soap and water. Pour into the kettle up to the maximum level for 1
hour.
b. Discard the solution.
c. Fill the kettle with clean water up to “max” level and boil.
d. Repeat several times until the odor of the soap has been removed.
e. Rinse thoroughly.
• Vinegar
a. Combine one part of vinegar and water. Pour into kettle up the to max” level
Switch ON and wait for the unit to turn OFF.
b. Leave the solution inside the kettle for overnight.
c. Discard the solution. Fill the kettle with clean water up to “max” level and boil
again.
d. Repeat several times until the odor of vinegar has been removed.
e. Rinse the kettle thoroughly.
