LOADING BATTERIES

Remove the battery cover, then insert two AA size batteries

into the compartment.

Note: Refer to the diagram inside the battery compartment

for correct installation.

INSERTING MEMORY CARD

Notes

• When the MMC/SD card is correctly inserted a “click” sound

will be heard.

• This device has a 32MB built-in memory, inserting an external

memory card is not mandatory for basic operations. However,

we strongly recommend users to use a higher capacity

memory card when making extensive recordings.

• Your MMC/SD card will be the sole media saving source

once the card is inserted. Remove the MMC/SD card from the

device if you wish to save media to the internal memory.

A Flip open the memory card slot cover.

B Insert and press the MMC/SD card into the memory slot.

C Press down to secure the card into the slot.

D Close the memory card slot cover.

RECORDING VIDEO

1. Power ON the device.

2. Press on the control panel to switch to (DV) mode.

3. Press T (zoom-in) / W (zoom-out) to frame your video.

4. Press Shutter button to start recording.

5. Press Shutter button again to stop recording.

RECORDING VOICE MESSAGE

TAKING PICTURE

1. Press on the control panel to switch to (DSC) mode.

2. Press T (zoom-in) / W (zoom-out) to frame your picture.

3. Press Shutter button to take a picture.

1. Press on the control panel to switch to (DVR) mode.

2. Press Shutter button to start recording.

3. Press Shutter button to stop recording.

PLAYING MP3 FILE

1. Press on the control panel to switch to mode.

2. Press or to select a track from the list.

3. Press to play.

STORING TO COMPUTER

Using Console (Not applicable to MAC computers)

Connect your Digital Video to a computer with an USB cable.

Mass Storage Mode

Connect your digital video camear to a computer. In Mass

Storage Mode, it acts exactly like a hard disk. You can now drag

and drop your pictures, movies, voice messages and MP3 les

between the computer and your digital video camera.

Note:

• Please do not copy any les into the DCIM folder. This may

make the unit unstable or cause it to crash.

• Remember to copy the MP3 les into the MP3 folder of your

digital video camera.
