INSTALLING WATER BOTTLE

1. Place dispenser on a level counter top.

2. Remove tamper evident seal from plasc bole cap. Do

NOT remove plasc cap.

3. Clean bole cap and neck with a cloth and warm soapy

water, then rinse.

4. Li bole and insert onto the probe. Apply slight pressure

unl the plug inside the cap pushes in and the bole is

seated. Water will begin to ow into the tank causing air

bubbles in the bole.

DISPENSING WATER

1. Place glass below spout.

2. Push control in to dispense water. Release to stop.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Water is leaking.

 Bole may have a leak. Remove and install new bole.

 If leak remains, remove bole and call 866- -7566 for 429

assistance.

No water is coming from the spout.

 Make sure the bole is not empty. If empty, replace it.

 Make sure to push the control in fully.

Water tastes bad.

 Dispenser may be dirty. Remove bole and empty tank.

 Wipe bole receptacle, tank and spout with a cloth weed

with bleach. Then rinse with clean water and dry.

Dispenser is dirty.

 Wipe body, bole receptacle, tank and spout with a cloth

weed with bleach. Then rinse with clean water and dry.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Primo Water Corporaon, (“Vendor”) warrants to the original purchaser of

this dispenser, and to no other person, that if this dispenser is assembled

and operated in accordance with the printed instrucons accompanying it,

then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such

dispenser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendor

may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized

retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should retain your sales slip or invoice.

The Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of parts,

which prove defecve under normal use and service and which Vendor shall

determine in its reasonable discreon upon examinaon to be defective.

Before returning any parts, you should contact Vendor’s Customer Service

Department using the contact informaon listed below. If Vendor conrms,

aer examinaon, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned

part, and if Vendor approves claim, Vendor will replace such defecve part

without charge. If you return defecve parts, transportaon charges must be

prepaid by you. Vendor will return replacement parts to original purchaser,

freight or postage prepaid.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operang dicules

due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteraon, misapplicaon, improper

installaon or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or

failure to perform normal and roune maintenance on the dispenser, as set

out in the User’s Manual. In addion, the Limited Warranty does not cover

damages to the nish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration or rust after

purchase.

The Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranes. Vendor

disclaims all warranes for products that are purchased from seller other

than authorized retailers or distributors. AFTER THE PERIOD OF THE ONE (1)

YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED

WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES

OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER,

VENDOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY

THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR

CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES. Vendor assumes no responsibility for any

defects caused by third pares. This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser

specic legal rights; a purchaser may have other rights depending upon

where p1-he or she lives. Some jurisdicons do not allow exclusion or limitaon

of special, incidental or consequenal damages, or limitations on how long a

warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitaons may not apply to you.

GETTING STARTED

1. Remove carbon bag from bole receptacle.

2. Remove bole receptacle by turning counterclockwise and

then liing.

3. Wipe bole receptacle, stainless steel tank and spout with a

cloth weed with bleach. Then rinse with clean water and

dry.
