designing and manufacturing consumer
products, but it is essential that the product

theapplianceisnotinuseandbeforecleaning.
• Donotuseyourappliancewithanextension
cordunlessthiscordhasbeencheckedand
testedbyaqualifiedtechnicianorservice
person.
• Alwaysuseyourappliancefromapower
outletofthevoltage(A.C.only)markedonthe
appliance.
• Thisapplianceisnotintendedforuseby
persons(includingchildren)withreduced
physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities,orlack
ofexperienceandknowledge,unlesstheyhave
beengivensupervisionorinstructionconcerning
useoftheappliancebyapersonresponsiblefor
theirsafety.
• Childrenshouldbesupervisedtoensurethat

theelectricalcircuitsupplyingpowertoyour
appliances.
• Donotimmersetheapplianceinwater
oranyotherliquidunlessrecommended.
•Appliancesarenotintendedtobeoperated
bymeansofanexternaltimerorseparate
remotecontrolsystem.
•Thisapplianceisintendedtobeusedin
householdandsimilarapplicationssuch
as:staffkitchenareasinshops,officesand
otherworkingenvironments;farmhouses;by
clientsinhotels,motelsandotherresidential
typeenvironments;bedandbreakfasttype
environments.

untreated,raworwaterofunknownquality.
• Regularfilterreplacementisessentialforthe
appliancetoperformasrepresented.Thefilter
mustbereplacedatleasteverysixmonths.
• Toprotectagainstelectricshock,donotplace
thecordplugortheapplianceinwaterorany
otherliquid.
• Alwaysplacetheapplianceonaflatlevel
surface.
• Alwaysunplugtheappliancebeforechanging
thefilter.
• Thisappliancehasbeendesignedtobeused
continuously.
