•Lesen Sie sich bitte die Bedienungsanleitung genau durch.
•Durch die Beachtung der Bedienungsanleitung vermei-
den Sie auch Beschädigungen des Geräts und die Gefähr-
dung Ihrer gesetzlichen Mängelrechte durch Fehlge-
brauch. Für Schäden, die aus Nichtbeachtung dieser
Bedienungsanleitung verursacht werden, übernehmen
wir keine Haftung.

2. Einsatzbereich und alle Vorteile Ihres neuen Gerätes
auf einen Blick

3. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
• Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für den oben beschriebe-
nen Einsatzbereich geeignet. Verwenden Sie das Produkt
nicht anders, als in dieser Anleitung beschrieben wird.
• Das eigenmächtige Reparieren, Umbauen oder Verän-
dern des Gerätes ist nicht gestattet.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für medizinische Zwecke oder zur
öffentlichen Information geeignet und nur für den priva-
ten Gebrauch bestimmt.
Vorsicht!
Verletzungsgefahr:
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät und die Batterie außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern auf.
• Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen, kurzschließen, ausein-
ander nehmen oder aufladen. Explosionsgefahr!
• Batterien können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein.
Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort medizini-
sche Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.
• Batterien enthalten gesundheitsschädliche Säuren. Um
ein Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden, sollten schwa-
che Batterien möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden.
• Entfernen Sie die Batterie, wenn Sie das Gerät längere
Zeit nicht verwenden.
• Beim Hantieren mit ausgelaufenen Batterien chemikalien-
beständige Schutzhandschuhe und Schutzbrille tragen!
Wichtige Hinweise zur Produktsicherheit!
• Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht hohen Temperaturen, Vibratio-
nen und Erschütterungen aus.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät und das Kabel mit einem weichen,
leicht feuchten Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel
verwenden!
4. Inbetriebnahme
• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Display.
• Entfernen Sie den Ständer (siehe Markierung).
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie mit Hilfe einer
Münze den Batteriefachdeckel in Pfeilrichtung drehen
und entfernen Sie den Batterieunterbrechungsstreifen.
Schließen Sie den Deckel wieder.
• Das Gerät ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
• Das obere Display zeigt Ihnen die Innentemperatur (A)
an.
• Das untere Display zeigt Ihnen die Außentemperatur (B)
an (über Kabel).
• Um das Gerät auszuschalten, entfernen Sie die Batterie.
5. Höchst- und Tiefstwerte
• Durch Drücken der MAX/MIN-Taste (C) wird die höchste
und niedrigste Innentemperatur seit der letzten Rückstel-
lung angezeigt.
• Durch nochmaliges Drücken der MAX/MIN-Taste (C) wird
die höchste und niedrigste Außentemperatur seit der
letzten Rückstellung angezeigt.

ing these instructions.

2. Field of operation and all of the benefits of your
new instrument at a glance
• Measuring the indoor and outdoor temperature (via
cable)

3. For your safety
• The product is exclusively intended for the field of appli-
cation described above. The product should only be used
as described within these instructions.
• Unauthorised repairs, modifications or changes to the
product are prohibited.
• The product is not be used for medical purpose or for
public information, but is intended only for home use.
Caution!
Risk of injury:
• Keep this instrument and the battery out of reach of chil-
dren.
• Batteries must not be thrown into the fire, short-circuited,
taken apart or recharged. Risk of explosion!
• Batteries can be fatal if swallowed. If a battery has been
swallowed, get medical assistance immediately.
• Batteries contain harmful acids. Low batteries should be
changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused
by a leaking battery.
• Remove the battery if you do not use the product for a
lengthy period.
• Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves and glasses
when handling leaked batteries.
Important information on product safety!
• Do not expose the instrument to extreme temperatures,
vibration or shock.
• Clean the instrument and the cable with a soft damp
cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring agents.
4. Getting started
• Pull off the protection foil on the display.
• Remove the stand (see mark).
• Open the battery compartment by turning the lid in
direction of the arrow by using a coin and remove the
insulation strip. Close the battery compartment again.
• The unit is ready for use.
• The upper display shows the indoor temperature (A).
• The lower display shows the outdoor temperature (B) via
cable.
• Take out the battery to shut down the instrument.
5. Maximum and minimum values
• Press the MIN/MIN-button ( ) and the highest and lowestC
indoor temperatures are displayed since the last reset.
• Press the MAX/MIN-button ( ) again, the display showsC
the highest and lowest outdoor temperatures since the
last reset.
• To go back to the present temperature display, press the
MAX/MIN button (C) once more. The instrument will
automatically quit the setting mode if no button is
pressed within 15 seconds.
• Press the button (D), while the maximum and minimum
values are displayed to clear the recorded maximum and
minimum readings and the actual values appear.
• Um wieder die Anzeige mit den aktuellen Werten zu
erhalten, betätigen Sie nochmals die MAX/MIN-Taste (C).
Das Gerät verlässt automatisch den MAX/MIN-Modus,
wenn länger als 15 Sekunden keine Taste gedrückt wird.
• Drücken Sie die Taste (D), während auf dem Display die
maximalen oder minimalen Werte erscheinen, werden
die Werte gelöscht und auf die aktuellen Werte zurück-
gesetzt.
6. Anbringung
• Das Thermometer in Fensternähe an dem Aufhänger mit
einem Nagel oder Schraube an der Wand befestigen oder
mit dem Ständer aufstellen.
• Das Kabel mit dem Sensor einfach bei geöffnetem Fen-
ster nach außen führen. Das Kabel passt sich der Form
der Fensterdichtung an. (Vorsicht bei scharfkantigen Fen-
sterrahmen – häufiges Öffnen und Schließen des Fensters
vermeiden.)
• Vermeiden Sie die Nähe von Heizkörpern und direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung.

8. Entsorgung
Batterien und Akkus dürfen keinesfalls in den
Hausmüll! Als Verbraucher sind Sie gesetzlich
verpflichtet, gebrauchte Batterien und Akkus
zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung beim Handel
oder entsprechenden Sammelstellen gemäß
nationaler oder lokaler Bestimmungen abzuge-
ben. Die Bezeichnungen für enthaltene Schwer-
metalle sind: Li = Lithium
Dieses Gerät ist entsprechend der EU-Richtlinie
über die Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektro-
nik-Altgeräten (WEEE) gekennzeichnet.
Dieses Produkt darf nicht mit dem Hausmüll
entsorgt werden. Der Nutzer ist verpflichtet,

6. Fixing
• Position the thermometer at a wall near a window using
the built-in hanging slot with a nail or a screw or use the
table stand.
• Lead the cable with the sensing element through the
open window to the outside. The cable adapts to the
window sealing shape. Take care of sharp-edged window
frames – avoid frequent opening and closing the win-
dow.
• Avoid radiators and direct sunshine.

8. Waste disposal
Never dispose empty batteries and rechargeable
batteries in household waste. As a consumer,
you are legally required to take them to your
retail store or to appropriate collection sites
depending to national or local regulations in
order to protect the environment. The symbols
for the heavy metals contained are: Li = Lithium

the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equip-
ment Directive (WEEE).
Please do not dispose of this instrument in
household waste. The user is obligated to take
end-of-life devices to a designated collection

Thermomètre MAX/MIN digital
• En appuyant sur la touche MAX/MIN ( ) une troisièmeC
fois apparaît la température momentanée. Le mode de
MAX/MIN est toujours automatiquement terminé si après
15 secondes, aucune action de touche ne se produise.
• En appuyant sur la touche ( ) en même temps que lesD
valeurs maximales ou minimales sont affichées, les
valeurs seront effacées et remises aux valeurs du site en
cours.
6. Fixation
• Accrocher le thermomètre à un mur près d’une fenêtre à
l’aide d’un clou ou d’une vis ou poser le thermomètre en
sortant le pied.
• Diriger simplement le câble avec la sonde vers l’extérieur
par la fenêtre ouverte. Le câble s’adapte à la forme du
bourrage de la fenêtre. (Attention aux châssis à arêtes
vives – éviter d’ouvrir et de fermer la fenêtre fréquem-
ment).
• Eviter les appareils de chauffage et le rayonnement solaire
direct.

11. Traitement des déchets
Les piles et accus usagés ne peuvent en aucun
cas être jetés dans les ordures ménagères ! En
tant qu'utilisateur, vous avez l'obligation légale
de rapporter les piles et accus usagés à votre
revendeur ou de les déposer dans une déchette-
rie proche de votre domicile conformément à la
réglementation nationale et locale. Les métaux
lourds sont désignés comme suit: Li = Lithium
Cet appareil est conforme aux normes de l'UE
relatives au traitement des déchets électriques
et électroniques (WEEE).
L'appareil usagé ne doit pas être jeté dans les

3. Pour votre sécurité
• L'appareil est uniquement destiné à l'utilisation décrite
ci-dessus. Ne l'utilisez jamais à d'autres fins que celles
décrites dans le présent mode d'emploi.
• Vous ne devez en aucun cas réparer, démonter ou modi-
fier l'appareil par vous-même.
• Cet appareil ne convient pas pour une utilisation médica-
le ni pour l'information publique, il est uniquement des-
tiné à un usage privé.
Attention!
Danger de blessure:
• Tenir l'appareil et la pile hors de la portée des enfants.
• Ne jetez jamais les piles dans le feu, ni les court-circuiter,
les démonter ou les recharger. Risques d'explosion!
• L'ingestion d'une pile peut être mortelle. En cas d'inges-
tion de pile, consultez immédiatement un service médi-
cal.
• Les piles contiennent des acides nocifs pour la santé. Les
piles faibles doivent être remplacées le plus rapidement
possible, afin d'éviter une fuite.
• Enlever la pile, si vous ne l’utilisez pas pendant une durée
prolongée.
• Pour manipuler des piles qui ont coulé, utilisez des gants
de protection chimique spécialement adaptés et portez
des lunettes de protection !
Conseils importants de sécurité du produit!
• Evitez d’exposer l’appareil à des températures extrêmes,
vibrations ou chocs.
• Pour le nettoyage de l'appareil et du câble, utilisez un
chiffon doux humide. N’utilisez aucun dissolvant ou agent
abrasif!
4. Mise en service
• Tirer la feuille de protection de l’affichage.
• Enlever le support (voir marquage).
• Ouvrez le compartiment à batterie en tournant le couver-
cle en direction de la flèche à l’aide d’une pièce de mon-
naie et enlever la bande d´interruption de la pile. Refer-
mer le couvercle.
• L´instrument est maintenant prêt à fonctionner.
• L´affichage supérieur vous indique la température ambian-
te (A).
• L´affichage inférieur vous indique la température exté-
rieure (B) via câble.
• Pour arrêter l’appareil, retirez la pile.
5. Valeurs maximales et minimales
• En appuyant sur la touche MAX/MIN ( ) apparaît la tem-C
pérature ambiante maximale et minimale depuis la der-
nière réactualisation.
• En appuyant encore une fois sur la touche MAX/MIN (C)
apparaît la température extérieure maximale et minimale
depuis la dernière réactualisation.
