Wir gratulieren Ihnen zum Erwerb eines Qualitätsprodukts aus dem Hause
Thitronik, welches nach internationalen Standards geprüft und zugelas-
sen ist. GBA-I alarmiert Sie zuverlässig im Falle eines Narkosegasüberfalls
oder eines Gaslecks Ihrer Gasversorgung. Die dynamische Temperaturan-
passung und der ständige Sensorselbsttest gewährleisten eine einwand-
freie Funktion auch unter verschiedenen klimatischen Bedingungen.
Montageorte:
Wählen Sie einen Montageort unterhalb der Schlafplätze, ca. 10 cm über
dem Fußboden. Vermeiden Sie die Nähe zu Heizungsausströmern und
Blei-Säure Batterien. In Nasszellen ist GBA-I nicht zu verwenden.
Mindestabstände:
Heizungsausströmer 1,5 m
Blei-Säure Batterien 1,0 m
Montage:
- Befestigen Sie den GBA-I mit Hilfe der Bohrschablone (Skizze 2) und der
beiliegenden Schrauben. Einschraubtiefe beachten (Skizze 1)!!!
- Stecken Sie den Stecker des Anschlusskabels in die Buchse, bis dieser
hörbar einrastet.
- Das Anschlusskabel ist entweder durch die Wand oder durch die Soll-
bruchstelle unterhalb des Schalters (A) zu führen.
Anschluss:
Schließen Sie das Anschlusskabel wie folgt an eine geeignete
Spannungsquelle (12V/24V) an:
Braun: +12V/24V
Weiß: Gnd (Masse)
Grün: nicht verwendet
Für den 230 V Wechselspannungsbetrieb ist anstelle des Anschlusska-
bels das optional erhältliche 230 V Steckernetzteil (Art. Nr.: 100083) zu
verwenden.
Betriebsarten:
- Schalten Sie GBA-I mittels des Schalters (A) ein.
- Die Betriebsanzeige (B) wechselt nach kurzer Zeit von gelb auf grün
(bei Erstinbetriebnahme evtl. bis zu 20 Minuten).
- GBA-I ist nach ca. 4 min Vorheizphase betriebsbereit. Die Betriebsanzei-
ge blinkt grün.
Sensorfehler:
Wird während des Selbsttests ein Sensorfehler erkannt, zeigt das Gerät
dies durch gelbes Dauerleuchten der Betriebsanzeige (B) an. Zusätzlich
ertönt ein durchgehender Piepton. Das Gerät muss ausgetauscht werden.

Congratulations on buying an approved quality product meeting interna-
tional standards, made by Thitronik. GBA-I reliably alerts you in case of
narcotic gas attacks or gas leaks. The dynamic temprature compensation
and the continuous sensor self test ensure a reliable operation even under
different climatic conditions.
Mounting locations:
Choose a location underneath the sleeping-places, approx. 10 cm above
the floor. Avoid vicinity to heater outlets and lead-acid-batteries. GBA-I
is not to be used in bathrooms.
Minimum seperations:
Heater outlets 1,5 m
Lead-acid-batteries 1,0 m
Installation:
Mount GBA-I to a wall or closet using the drilling template (Scetch 2)
and the provided screws. !!!Attention!!! screw-in-depth (scetch 1)!!! Plug
the connection cable in the socket until it locks audible. You can lay the
cable either through the wall or the small predetermined breaking point
underneath the
pushbutton (A).
Interconnections:
Connect the cable to an appropriate powersupply (12/24VDC)
brown: +12/24V
white: Gnd (ground)
green: not used
To operate GBA I at 230VAC the optional wall plug transformer
(Art. Nr.: 100083) is to be used instead of the connection cable.
Operating:
- switch on GBA-I with pushbutton (A).
- The operating indicator (B) switches from yellow to green after a few
seconds. (at first activation up to 20 minutes)
- After appx. 4 min. heating phase indicated by the green indicator GBA I
will be ready to detect gases. Indicator will flash green.
Sensor error
If a sensor error is detected during the self-test, the device indicates
this by a yellow steady light of the operating indicator (B). There also an
continuous beep sounds. The device must be replaced.
