Hartelijk dank voor de aankoop van de Vibroplate XL
Met veel zorg hebben wij uw nieuwe machine ontwikkeld en geproduceerd.
De Vibroplate XL is een uiterst krachtig werkend Fitness/trainingsapparaat die mits op de juiste wijze gebruikt grote posi-
tieve effecten kan hebben op uw trainingsresultaten en lichamelijke gesteldheid.
Wij raden u aan de gebruiksaanwijzing secuur te bestuderen voordat U aan de slag gaat met de Vibroplate XL.In som-
mige gevallen is het raadzaam de oefeningen in het begin te laten begeleiden door een fysiotherapeut, arts of specialist.
Neem bij twijfel altijd contact op met uw arts of specialist.
- Als u zich niet goed voelt tijdens gebruik van dit produkt, stop onmiddellijk.
Doorgaan met gebruik in slechte conditie kan letsel of serieus gevaar aan uw lichaam veroorzaken.
- Stamp of spring tijdens gebruik niet op het apparaat.
Waarschuwing en opmerking voor uw veiligheid
Het onderstaande is geschreven voor uw veiligheid, lees door en gebruik
het produkt correct.
Als u geen acht slaat op de
opmerking, kan lichamelijk
letsel en schade ontstaan.
Gebruik geen beschadigde of onjuiste stekker en
stopcontact.
Gebruik AC 220V/50Hz elektrische stroom en sluit niet
meerdere stekkers op een stopcontact aan.
Raak de stekker niet met natte handen aan en trek de
stekker niet aan de kabel uit het stopcontact.
Als er vocht of stof op de stekker zit, maak deze schoon
met een droge doek.
Installeer het produkt op een vlakke ondergrond, niet bij
een kachel, plaats geen kaars of sigaret op het produkt
en voorkom dat de ventilatieopening aan de onderzijde
wordt afgesloten door vloerbedekking.

OPMERKING OVER GEBRUIK
Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat de meest effectieve resultaten worden bereikt indien de spieren tijdens het gebruik van
de Vibroplate XL worden aangespannen.
De frequentie (trillingen) waarop de machine dient te worden afgesteld tijdens de training, is voor ieder individu anders.
Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat grote groepen proefpersonen het meeste effect hebben bij een frequentie die varieert
tussen de 22 en 30 Herz.
Controleer de verschillende frequentie standen om uw optimale frequentie stand te bepalen.Train derhalve in de eerste
weken op een lage frequentie en controleer of u resultaten in de spieropbouw constateert.Verhoog de frequentie al naar
gelang de resultaten achterblijven.

OPMERKING OVER INSTALLATIE
Installeer het toestel
1 meter vanaf muur en meubels.
Installeer op een vlakke ondergrond.
Demonteer, repareer, verander dit toestel niet zonder
toestemming.
Laat kinderen dit toestel alleen onder toezicht gebruiken.
Gebruik dit toestel niet als het nat is.
Plaats nooit uw hand, been of lichaam onder het toestel.
