BELANGRIJKE VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN
WAARSCHUWING: Om het risico op ongevallen te verkleinen, lees alle belangrijke
voorzorgsmaatregelen, alle instructies in deze handleiding en alle waarschuwingen op de
hometrainer voordat u hem gebruikt. ICON is niet verantwoordelijk voor persoonlijke
ongevallen en/of eigendomsschade door of bij het gebruik van dit product.
1. Voordat u begint aan een oefening/
programma, raadpleeg uw fysiotherapeut.
Dit is extra belangrijk voor personen boven
de 35 jaar of voor personen met bekende
gezondheidsproblemen.
2. Gebruik deze hometrainer enkel op de
manier die beschreven staat in deze
handleiding.
3. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de
eigenaar om alle gebruikers adequaat te
informeren over alle voorzorgsmaatregelen.
4. De hometrainer is alleen bedoeld voor
thuis gebruik. Gebruik dit product niet in
een commerciële, huur of institutionele
omgeving.
5. Houd de hometrainer binnenshuis, weg
van stof en vocht. Plaats de hometrainer op
een vlakke ondergrond, met een mat
eronder voor bescherming van de vloer/het
tapijt. Zorg ervoor dat er minstens 0,9
meter voor en achter, en minstens 0,6
meter aan beide zijden, vrij is.
6. Inspecteer de onderdelen regelmatig en
draai de onderdelen regelmatig, waar nodig
is, aan.
7. Houd kinderen onder 12 jaar en huisdieren ten
alle tijden uit de buurt van de hometrainer.
8. De hometrainer moet niet door mensen
zwaarder dan 130 kg gebruikt worden.
9. Draag gepaste kleding tijdens het sporten:
draag geen losse kleding die vast kan komen te
zitten in de hometrainer. Draag altijd atletische
schoenen tijdens het sporten om voetblessures te
voorkomen.
10. Houd de handvaten vast wanneer u op het
apparaat stapt, wanneer u eraf stapt en wanneer u
het apparaat gebruikt.
11. De hartslagsensor is geen medisch apparaat.
Verschillende factoren beïnvloeden de
nauwkeurigheid van de hartslagmeting. De
hartslagsensor is enkel bedoeld om tijdens een
oefening de ontwikkeling van de hartslag te meten.
12. Houd uw rug recht tijdens het gebruik; buig
niet voorover.
13. Te veel sporten kan resulteren in serieuze
ongevallen of zelfs de dood. Als u zich duizelig
voelt of pijn ervaart tijdens het sporten, stop dan
onmiddellijk en begin aan de cool down.
