1. Here's how easy it is:
Download the app
• Download the Hama Smart Home (Solution)
APP from the Apple App orSt e or Google Play
Store.
• Open the Hama Smart Home (Solution) APP.
• The rst time you use the app, you need to
register and create a new account. If you already
have an account, log in with your access details.
• Follow the instructions in the app.

Getting started
• Open the battery compartment by twisting the
cover on the back of the sensor anticlockwise,
insert the batteries observing the correct polarity
and hold the black button down for 5 seconds.
• The LED on the front starts to ash quickly.

3. Safety instructions
• The product is intended for private, non-
commercial use only.
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and
overheating and use it in dry environments only.
• If the product is to be operated outdoors, it may
be operated only in protected outdoor areas.
• Do not attempt to service or pair the productre
yourself. Leave any and all service work to
quali ed experts.
• Do not continue to operate the product if it is
visibly damaged.
• As with all electrical products, this device should
be kept out of the ach of children.re
• Use the product only for the intended purpose.
• Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity
of heaters, other heat sources or in direct
sunlight.
• Do not use the product in areas in which
electronic products are not permitted.
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to
any major shocks.
• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so
voids the warranty.
• Keep the packaging material out of the ach ofre
children due to the risk of suffocation.
• Dispose of packaging material immediately
in accordance with the locally applicable
regulations.
• Do not operate the product outside the power
limits speci ed in the technical data.
• Do not open the device or continue to operate it if
it becomes damaged.
• Only use the article under moderate climatic
conditions.
• Before mounting, check that the wall you have
chosen is suitable for the weight to be mounted.
Also make sure that there are no electric, water,
gas or other lines running through the wall at the
mounting site.

Warning - Batteries
• When inserting batteries, note the correct
polarity (+ and - markings) and insert the
batteries accordingly. Failure to do so could
result in the batteries leaking or exploding.
• Only use batteries (or chargeable batteries)re
that match the speci ed type.
• Before you insert the batteries, clean the
battery contacts and the polarity contacts.
• Do not allow children to change batteries
without supervision.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or
batteries of different types or from different
manufacturers.
• Remove the batteries from products that are
not being used for an extended period (unless
these are being kept ady for an emergency).re
• Do not short-circuit batteries.
• Do not charge batteries.
• Do not burn batteries.
• Keep batteries out of the ach of children.re
• Never open, damage or swallow batteries or
allow them to enter the environment. They
can contain toxic, environmentally harmful
heavy metals.
• Remove spent batteries from the product and
dispose of them without delay.
• Avoid storing, charging and using in
extreme temperatures and at extremely
low atmospheric pressures (such as at high
altitudes).
Warning – Button cells
• Do not ingest battery, risk of burns due to
dangerous substances.
• This product contains button cells. If
swallowed, the button cell can cause severe
internal burns within just two hours and lead
to death.
• Keep new and used batteries out of the achre
of children.
• If the battery compartment does not close
securely, stop using the product and keep it
out of the ach of children.re
• If you think that batteries were swallowed
or are in a part of the body, seek medical
assistance immediately.

the product or from failure to observe the operating
