Het opstarten van de loopband
De loopband werkt met behulp van een adapter. Plaats de stekker van de adapter in het stopcontact en plug
de pin van de adapter in de aansluiting aan de voorzijde van de loopband (waar de motor zich bevindt). Druk
vervolgens op de AAN/UIT knop. Wanneer de loopband AAN staat, brandt het licht van de knop.
Veiligheidssleutel
De loopband werkt alleen wanneer de veiligheidssleutel correct is aangesloten op het aansluitpunt op de
computer. Maak de clip van de veiligheidssleutel vast op uw kleding. Op het moment dat er iets gebeurd
waardoor de motor van de loopband plotseling uit moet, trekt u aan het koord van de veiligheid clip. De
loopband schakelt zichzelf vervolgens direct uit.
Om de loopband weer opnieuw aan te zetten, sluit de veiligheidssleutel weer aan op de computer.
(Verwijder de veiligheidsclip als de loopband uit staat en houdt deze uit de buurt van kinderen)
Inklappen van de loopband
U kunt het loopvlak van de loopband zeer makkelijk omhoog klappen, wanneer de loopband niet in gebruik is.
Wanneer u het loopvlak wenst op te klappen, dient u erop te letten dat het loopvlak stilstaat.
Til het loopvlak omhoog.
Bij het horen van een klik, zet het loopvlak zichzelf vast. Wanneer u de loopband wenst te verplaatsen kunt u
de loopband kantelen en verplaatsen via de transportwieltjes aan de onderzijde van de loopband.
Uitklappen van de loopband
Druk met uw voet tegen de staander die het loopvlak omhoog houdt en laat het loopvlak langzaam naar
beneden zakken. Ga niet op de loopband staan alvorens deze compleet is uitgeklapt!
Direct starten
Zet de loopband aan en druk op START . De loopband telt af van 3 tot 0 en begint op 0.8 Km per uur. U kunt
handmatig de snelheid en of hellingshoek aanpassen door de plus/min en/of de up/down toetsen op het
computerpaneel te gebruiken.
Werking van de toetsen
START/STOP
De start/stop toets heeft meerdere functies. De start functie gebruikt u wanneer u een programma wilt
starten, of direct wilt starten zonder iets in te stellen.
De stop functie gebruikt u wanneer u tijdens een training, de training wilt pauzeren. (Druk dan nogmaals op
deze toets om de training te hervatten.)
FAST/SLOW -/+
Met deze toetsen kunt u de instellingen bepalen, of tijdens het programma de snelheid aanpassen.

UP/DOWN
U kunt met deze toetsen dus de instelling bepalen. Tijdens het programma kunt u deze toetsen gebruiken om
de hellingshoek aan te passen.
Sneltoetsen
Snelheid
Met de toetsen: 3, 6 en 9 kunt u direct naar een gewenste snelheid toe.
Knoppen handvatten
Snelheid
In het rechter handvat vindt u de knoppen om de snelheid aan te passen.
De snelheid kunt u aanpassen met 0,1 km per uur per druk op de knop. U kunt ook een van de knoppen
ingedrukt houden, om de snelheid sneller te verhogen of te verlagen.
Incline
Met de knoppen in het linker handvat kunt u de incline (hellingshoek)
verhogen of verlagen.
LCD-scherm
Op het computerpaneel ziet u 1 groot LCD scherm. Op dit scherm ziet u verschillende icoontjes waar u het een
en het ander af kunt lezen.
Calories
Hier ziet u uw calorieverbruik.
Distance
Hier ziet u de afgelegde afstand in kilometers.
Speed
Hier ziet u uw snelheid.
Pulse
Hier ziet u uw huidige hartslag. (Houdt hiervoor de sensoren in de handvatten vast.)
Program
Hier ziet u welk programma is gekozen.
Programma's
Manueel programma
P0 is het manuele programma. Wanneer u de loopband aanzet komt u direct in het manual programma
terecht. U kunt dit programma direct starten door op start te drukken. Tijdens het programma kunt u zelf de
snelheid (speed) of de hellingshoek (incline) aanpassen. Als u op tijd wilt trainen, druk dan op M, u ziet de tijd
knipperen. U kunt nu de tijd instellen door de fast/slow +/- knoppen te gebruiken de tijd instellen. Druk
daarna op start om de training te beginnen.
