Hastings TR-4X Plus Loopband

Het opstarten van de loopband
De loopband werkt met behulp van een adapter. Plaats de stekker van de adapter in het stopcontact en plug
de pin van de adapter in de aansluiting aan de voorzijde van de loopband (waar de motor zich bevindt). Druk
vervolgens op de AAN/UIT knop. Wanneer de loopband AAN staat, brandt het licht van de knop.
Veiligheidssleutel
De loopband werkt alleen wanneer de veiligheidssleutel correct is aangesloten op het aansluitpunt op de
computer. Maak de clip van de veiligheidssleutel vast op uw kleding. Op het moment dat er iets gebeurd
waardoor de motor van de loopband plotseling uit moet, trekt u aan het koord van de veiligheids-clip. De
loopband schakelt zichzelf vervolgens direct uit.
Om de loopband weer opnieuw aan te zetten, sluit de veiligheidssleutel weer aan op de computer.
( Verwijder de veiligheidsclip als de loopband uit staat en houdt deze uit de buurt van kinderen)
Opklappen van de loopband
U kunt het loopvlak van de loopband zeer makkelijk omhoog klappen, wanneer de loopband niet in gebruik is.
Wanneer u het loopvlak wenst op te klappen, dient u erop te letten dat het loopvlak stilstaat en dat het incline
niveau op 0 staat.
•Til de loopplank omhoog totdat u een klik hoort. De loopplank staat nu "op slot" en is te verrijden.
Uitklappen van de loopband
Linksonder de loopband vind u een voetpedaal. Druk deze in en de loopband klapt automatisch uit.
Werking van de toetsen
START
Met de start toets begint u een training, of start u direct de loopband.
STOP
De stop toets kunt u gebruiken om een training te pauzeren. U kunt dan op de start knop drukken om uw
training te hervatten.
SELECT
Door op de select toets te drukken kunt u de gewenste instelling of programma bevestigen en naar de
volgende instelling gaan.
FAST/SLOW
Met deze toetsen kunt u de instellingen bepalen, of tijdens het programma de snelheid aanpassen.
UP/DOWN
Tijdens de instellingen hebben de UP/DOWN toetsen eenzelfde functie als de FAST/SLOW toetsen. U kunt met
deze toetsen dus de instelling bepalen. Tijdens het programma kunt u deze toetsen gebruiken om de
hellingshoek aan te passen

Sneltoetsen
Snelheid
Met de sneltoetsen: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 kunt u direct naar een gewenste snelheid toe.
Incline
Met de sneltoetsen 0, 5, 10, 15 en 20% kunt u de mate van de hellingshoek bepalen.
Audio
Boven de Down knop aan de linkerkant van uw paneel vindt u de audio input. Met de bijgeleverde audio kabel
kunt u een MP3 of CD-speler aansluiten en afluisteren via de ingebouwde boxen.
LCD-scherm
Op het computerpaneel ziet u 1 groot LCD scherm. Op dit scherm ziet u verschillende icoontjes waar u het een
en het ander af kunt lezen.
Distance
De afstand die u heeft afgelegd.
Time
De nog af te leggen trainingstijd, of de trainingstijd die u bezig bent.
Program
Hier ziet u het door u geselecteerde programma.
Calories
Het aantal verbruikte calorieën.
Pluse
De huidige hartslag van de gebruiker. Houdt daarvoor beide sensoren vast met uw handpalmen, of gebruik de
borstband.
Incline
De hellingshoek
Speed
Hier wordt de snelheid weergegeven.
Trainings-schema
In het midden van het beeldscherm ziet u het trainings-schema. Deze geeft aan welke hellingshoek en welke
snelheid u nu loopt. Ook geeft deze door middel van het knipperende blokje weer waar u zich bevind in het
trainings-schema,
Programma's
Manueel programma
P1 is het manuele programma. U kunt dit programma direct starten door op START te drukken. Tijdens het
programma kunt u zelf de snelheid (speed) of de hellingshoek(incline) aanpassen. Als u op tijd wilt trainen,
kunt u door de FAST/SLOW of de UP/DOWN knoppen te gebruiken de tijd instellen. Druk daarna op START om
de training te beginnen.
