3. What should I do when my computer cannot connect to the Internet while
connected to the switch?
Follow the steps provided below to resolve this issue:
Verify if LEDs are properly lit on the switch.
a. - The LED lights up solidly when the switch is powerSystem LED (Blue)
ON.
b. - Each LED lights up when a connection is detected. ItLink/Act (Green)
flashes when the corresponding port is active.
Power down all devices and power ON the switch first. Next, power ON the
computer.
