The Aroma Light Emotion is to be used under adult supervision only.

before using this for the first time!
Small parts included may be swallowed and are thus a choking hazard.
Therefore, please keep these parts out of reach of children.
To avoid fire, electric shock, injury or damage, do not place the pro-
duct in the areas listed below:
• Environments exposed to direct sunlight and temperatures below
10 °C or over 30 °C
• Near ignition sources

Essential Oil Blends
Please carefully read the instructions provided and the information on
the label of your essential oils and essential oil blends.

We accept no liability for damage resulting from incorrect use of this
product or caused by the use of essential oils.
Mandatory Safety
Caution:
• Please read the instruction manual provided carefully before you use this
product, and never use it for purposes other than those listed here.
• Remove all outer packaging before use.
• To avoid damage to the product, please use only the adapter included in the
package.
• When unplugging the device, hold it and the power adapter firmly in your hand.
Do not pull on the cable!
• If the unit is not being used for an extended period of time: unplug the power
adapter, empty out the oil, clean the unit and allow it to dry completely.
• The purpose of the precautions listed in this user manual is to guarantee the
safe and proper use of the Aroma Diffuser, and thereby to protect the user or
other persons from any danger and the device from damage. Be sure to follow
the instructions below!
Warning:
• This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical or
cognitive capacities without the necessary experience or knowledge,
unless they have been trained to use the device correctly by a person
responsible for their safety and have understood the risks involved.
• Stop using the product immediately and unplug the device if smoke,
smell, unusual sounds or other anomalies occur.
• Do not modify, fix, or dismantle this product, as fire, electric shock, or
damage may occur.
• When this product remains unused for a long period of time, the main
unit must be unplugged from the electrical socket. Otherwise electric
shock malfunction may occur.
• This product must be disconnected from the power sources before
cleaning and maintenance.
• Please avoid dripping the essential oil onto the exterior of the device or
onto furniture. Is this should accidentally happen, wipe it immediately
with a damp cloth and if necessary, use a bit of dish detergent. Essential
oils may damage and discolor sensitive surfaces such as plastics or
wood. This damage is usually irreversible!
• This product is not a medical equipment. Directly inhaling from the
oil bowl is not recommended.
• If you have any special physical conditions, such as pregnancy, lung
failure, cancer, epilepsy, or other illnesses, please consult your doctor
before using essential oils. Stop using the product and open the windows
for ventilation if you start to feel uncomfortable.
• Do not handle the product with wet hands, or let water or other liquids
spill onto them, as this may result in electric shocks.
This product is NOT a toy. Not suitable for use by children. Keep the
device, all parts/components, and the power cable out of the reach of
children. Children should be properly supervised to ensure that they do
not play with this product.
Caution:
1. The unit should be placed on a level solid surface. Do not place on car-
pets, rugs, wooden/polished furniture, or uneven or unstable surfaces.
2. Fill the bowl with of 60 drops of an essential oil or blend to maximum
avoid damage on the product.
3. For best result, we recommend that you use 100 % natural essential oils
or natural fragrance blends with this Aroma Light. Artificial fragrance,
flavor, or impurities might cause harm to the unit.
4. Always unplug the product from electrical socket when not in use.
5. Do not remove the cover or bowl during operation.
6. The bowl is getting warm (131 °F / 55 °C) while using the scenting
function. Don’t touch the bowl or the warming plate under the bowl until
it cools down again.
7. The shade is made of glass. Please handle the shade carefully. If the
glass shade is broken, avoid contact with unprotected hands. Please use
protective gloves and dispose of all pieces of glass.
8. Do not use any liquids other than essential oils.
9. When the Aroma Light Emotion is in operation, do not cover the bowl or
the glass shade,
10. Device should only be used indoors. Not intended for use in wet rooms.
11. Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
12. If the device has been dropped, unplug it from the power supply.
13. After use, switch off the device, pour out the essential oil, clean the
device, and store it in a dry place.
14. This device is intended for personal use only. It must only be used for the
purposes described here. Only use the accessories recommended by the
manufacturer. This applies in particular to the supplied power adapter.
15. If any damage occurs to electrical parts, especially if the power cable is
faulty, do not operate the device. In this case, please contact us or have
the device repaired by an authorized, qualified person. Please do not open
the device or electrical parts yourself under any circumstances, and do
not modify the device.
16. The LEDs built into the lamp can be replaced if they should malfunction.
To do this, please get in touch with our customer service.
We reserve the right to make technical modifications to the fragrance
device and changes to the contents of these instructions.

Disposal
If this electric or electronic device is no longer used, all consumers are legal-
ly obliged to dispose of it separately from unsorted household waste. Electric
devices are therefore marked with the symbol shown below. You can deposit
devices at the collection points of the public waste management authorities
or at disposal points set up by the manufacturers and retailers within the
meaning of the ElektroG (electrical and electronic equipment law). You can
find an online directory of collection and disposalpoints in Germany at
www.ear-system.de. These collection points
are regulated according to 2012/19/EU and
2006/66/EC, subject to state and legislation.

How to use
PREPARATION
• Insert the cable into the socket (12).
• Set the Aroma Light Emotion on a steady, waterproof, and sturdy surface.
• Fill the oil bowl with 5–10 drops of a 100 % natural essential oil or a
100 % natural PRIMAVERA essential oil blend.
• Insert the oil bowl (1) into the holder on the top.
• Take care not to spill any oil on the glass shade, fixing ring or other parts of the
device. Should this happen, please wipe off immediately with a damp cloth!
• Plug the power supply into the power socket.
• Switch on the Aroma Light Emotion using the keys as described further below.
OPERATION
The Aroma Light Emotion has 4 function keys:
Colored light (6)
• Touch the key once to start the colored light function beginning with yellow.
• Every further touch on the key changes the light as follows: yellow, orange,
red, green, blue, purple.
• Touch the key longer than 2 seconds to switch off the colored light function.
• The device saves the last used setting and returns to it when switched on again.
Warm white light (7)
• Touch the key once to start the warm white light function beginning with
the brighter option.
• Touch the key one more time to reduce the light intensity.
• Touch the key longer than 2 seconds to switch off the warm white light function.
• The device saves the last used setting and returns to it when switched on again.
Scenting function (8)
• Touch the key once to start the scenting function with one hour.
It is recommended to use only 5–10 drops of an essential oil for one hour.
• Touch the key one more time to switch the scenting function to three hours.
It is recommended to use only 15–30 drops of an essential oil for three hours.
• Touch the key one more time to switch the scenting function to six hours.
It is recommended to use only 30–60 drops of an essential oil for six hours.
• Touch the key longer than 2 seconds to switch off the scenting function.
The selected scenting function is indicated by a small warm white LED (9)
near the key. One LED for one hour, Two LEDs for three hours and Three LEDs
for six hours.
Sleep function (10)
• Touch the key once to start the sleep function.
• After 30 minutes, the device will completely shut down all current function
either colored light, warm white light and / or scenting function.
• Touch the key longer than 2 seconds to switch off the sleep function.
The sleep function is indicated by a small blue LED (11) near the key. It can only be
activated if the light and/or the scenting function is activated at the same time.
While the sleep function is activated, you can change the color, warm white light
or scenting at any time. The device reliably switches off all selected functions
after 30 minutes. It does not matter whether the scenting time is set to one, three
or six hours.
The color / warm white light and the scenting function can be freely combined
with one another. You can use it as a light, as a fragrance device or both together.

Fragrance & Light in Their Most Beautiful Form
Fragrances and colors have a lasting influence on our mood. They can
relax, balance, stimulate, or motivate, and they fill us with joy of life and
happiness. In our brains, scents and colors are permanently linked with
emotions and memories. That’s why they touch our souls. The Aroma Light
Emotion combines aromatherapy and color therapy into a uniquely effective
experience.
Key Features

• Silent and rapid heating of essential oils to approx. 131 °F / 55 °C
• Without adding water

Lighting and scenting can be freely combined with each other.
Glass Shade
The glass shade is hand blown and refined by hand, so it may have small
inclusions or irregularities. These are no flaws but a characteristic of its
handcrafted quality.
Spare Parts
The glass shade as well as the oil bowl, the silicone ring, and the fixing
ring are available as spare parts. Please contact our PRIMAVERA customer
service directly.
Built-in LEDs
The LEDs built into the lamp can be replaced if they should malfunction. To
do so, please get in touch with our customer service via email at kunden-
service@primaveralife.com, or by phone on: +49 8366-8988-889. You can
find instructions for removing the LEDs online at www.primaveralife.com/
aroma-lamp-emotion/downloads. The average service life of the LEDs is
25,000 hours.
Instructions for Use in a Child’s Room
When using the Aroma Light Emotion in a child’s room, be sure to limit
the scenting time (for a maximum of 30 minutes, use the sleep function)
and to keep the number of drops of the essential oil low (use 3 drops).
Make sure to adequately ventilate the room after use. This product is NOT
a toy. Do not let children use this product. Keep the device, all parts/compo-
nents, and the power cable out of the reach of children. Children should be
properly supervised to ensure that they will not play with this product.
MAINTENANCE
Before any cleaning or disassembly, switch off and unplug the
Aroma Light Emotion!
Cleaning the oil bowl
• Remove the oil bowl.
• Using a cleaner (we recommended PRIMAVERA Aromex) and a soft cloth
to clean the oil bowl (made of stainless steel).
• Reconnect the device.
Cleaning the outside of the glass shade
• Using a glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Gently clean the glass shade.
• Reconnect the device.
Cleaning the inside of the glass shade
• Unscrew the fixing ring (2) by turning counterclockwise.
• Lift the glass shade (3) vertically avoiding touching the mast of the device
where the electronic part is located.
• To clean the inside of the glass shade wipe with a soft cloth.
• Insert the glass shade vertically onto the Aroma Light pole.
• Please center the glass shade!
• Replace the fixing ring (2) and tighten it clockwise without forcing it.
• Reconnect the device.
IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE SHADE REGULARLY.
Cleaning the tube and the stand
• Use a soft cloth to wipe clean.
• Reconnect the device.
