Attach the push handle (F) to the base
(E) using the the supplied allen wrench
(AA) and four allen screws (EE).
Remove nuts (CC) and two spacers (DD) from
the axle (B). Insert axle through the holes at the
bottom of the base (E). Place spacers (DD) on
both ends of axle (B) before securing wheels
(D) with lock nuts (CC). Tighten lock nuts using
open-end wrench (BB)

CAUTION: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN LOCK NUTS AND ALLEN SCREWS.
Slide crank handle (A) onto spool on base (E).
Secure with allen screw (EE), tightening with
Allen wrench (AA).
4Attach end of the leader hose (C)
to the hose swivel on base (E), attach
the other end to a water source. Attach
up to 200 ft. of garden hose (sold
separately) to the hose connector on
the spool of the base (E).
